Studio PLATINUM Studio Rental Information

Studio: 700 sq feet Photo area: 12 x 12 (est) 12' Cove (curved wall (white) 17' high, backdrop-rolls (various colors)

Studio Amenities: Mini fridge, micro-wv, coffee mkr (w/supp.), filtered water machine, sink (h&c tap), was.& dryer (lrg cap), soda vend.machine, stereo, styling & make-up stations. Equipment, accessories. ladder, fans (lrg& sml) . Leather sectional furniture for seating.
Direct natural light (glass roll-up door) or privacy curtain . Lrg entrance for vehicles
Bring your laptop we have wireless internet

Availability / Rates
Sundays 7am-12 (excluding holidays)
60.00 1st hr, 50.00 subsequent hrs / 100.00 half day (4 hrs) / 200.00 full day (8 hrs) / Overtime rate of 50.00 per hr or part thereof

Bookings
All Requests for studio rez. will be considered tentative until we receive a non-refundable deposit of 25% of anticipated booking.
PAYMENTS
All Studio Platinum rental fees are payable prior to start of session by cash or major credit card. We do not accept checks!

Cancellation of Confirmed Bookings
Deposits will only be refunded if cancellations are made at least one week in advance of confirmed dates, otherwise deposits made to hold space will be retained as a cancellation fee.

Other Services
*Assistants, hair stylists, make-up artists are available upon prior request.

* Equipment rentals & professional services are additional.

Note
The salon assumes no responsibility for any injuries sustained during the use of our facilities or any equipment rented from our facilities. Further, we assume no responsibility for studio renters personal property lost or stolen.

* A clean up charge of not less than 25.00 will be imposed when studio space is not left in broom clean condition. Also ,any and all materials used during rental period must be washed including all counter tops, furniture put back, all lights, sound system and equipment turned off. (this fee will be strictly enforced)
