Salon
Platinum rents its facility,
"Studio Platinum" including *limited equipment, to its clients/customers with the
understanding that in no event shall Jeff and/or Diane Wacker dba Salon Platinum be held liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential
damage due to the use of this facility, equipment or props used by its
client/customers. I hereby waive and hold harmless Jeff and Diane Wacker
from any incidents or accidents which may occur to or by persons either
renting or associated with the renting of Studio Platinum on the dates
noted, or any additional dates added later. In addition, we
highly recommend "shoot insurance" since once the contract is
signed, we are relieved of all responsibility for unforeseen circumstances
(i.e. fire, mechanical building breakdowns, etc.). I

STUDIO RENTAL
RATES
Professional Photography Studio rental
Rates are $100 1/2 day
(4 hours or
less) and $200/day
(up to 8 hours). Overtime Rates. Rates $50/hr
Full payment is required on the day of
the shoot before usage. You can pay with
credit card (credit card needs
to be paid in advance).
*We have a set of Bowen, 750 watt, mono lights (3 heads) with
umbrellas (2), Softbox (1), barn door (1), snoot
(1), grids (3) Rental fee
($300 extra, plus a security credit card deposit).
Casting Sessions
Companies can do
Model and Actor Castings at Studio Platinum. 1/2 day $100 and full day
$200.
CANCELLATION
Day of
shoot: 100% of rental 24 hour
notice: 50% of rental
1 week
notice:
*No charge (see processing fees below)
*10% of full rental fee
non-refundable processing fee with cancellation when using any credit
card. 5% of full rental fee non-refundable processing fee with
cancellation when using other payment methods.
EXTRA CHARGES
Overtime
Rates. Rates range from $50/hr
Equipment Rental ($300 flat
rate)
Prop Rental (see catalogue for
specific rates)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Renter will leave studio clean
and neat just as they found it, furniture put back, all lights, sound system and
equipment turned off, or a clean up
charge will be imposed of not less than 25.00. Renter also agrees
that if any equipment, furniture, fixtures, etc. are mishandled, broken, ruined
or stolen while they are using the studio that they will replace all items or pay repair/replacement costs within
96 hours.
Payment for studio rental must be made
before usage on the day –no exceptions
