Studio: 700 sq feet  Photo area: 12 x 12 (est)  12' Cove (curved wall (white) 17' high, backdrop-rolls (various colors) 

Studio Amenities: Mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker (and supplies), filtered water machine, sink (h&c tap), washer & dryer (large cap.), soda vending machine, pool table, stereo, styling & make-up stations.  Equipment and accessories, ladder, fans (large and small)

Direct natural light (sunlight, glass roll-up door) or privacy curtain. 

Large entrance for vehicles.

Leather sectional furniture for seating.

Bring your laptop with wireless card: we also have wireless internet!

Sundays - 7a-12a  (excluding holidays)

é 60.00 1st hr, 50.00 subsequent hrs    é   100.00 half day (4 hours) 

é  200.00 full day (8 hrs)  é Overtime rate of 50.00 per hr or part thereof

All Requests for studio reservations will be considered tentative until we receive a non-refundable deposit of 25% of anticipated booking.

Deposits will only be refunded if cancellations are made at least one week in advance of confirmed dates, otherwise deposits made to hold space will be retained as a cancellation fee.

The salon assumes no responsibility for any injuries sustained during the use of our facilities or any equipment rented from our facilities.  Further, we assume no responsibility for studio renters personal property lost or stolen.  Storage of merchandise or props must be made only when rates are agreed upon beforehand.
