All I have to say is that I am new to the area and I am glad I went to Salon Platinum. It was easy to find and I received an good job on my hair. The color was a good change and my cut was so nice that my husband was happy. He's hard to please. Thank you Salon Platinum!

Pros: Good job on my hair

Cons: I had to wait about 10 minutes to get started

I went here for a new hairdo and was pleasantly surprised that I was greeted by several people when I entered, including the owner. I felt at home and when I went to my stylist I felt just as comfortable. I wanted to cut off my hair and donate it to a cancer organization to make wigs. They were so helpful and my haircut was not only amazing, but reasonably priced too! There is a main salon with about 15 stylists, men and women, but also a smaller salon with two stylists in a private and more relaxed setting. There is a skin care lady in there too, who was so nice to give me samples for my skin issues. I really felt like everyone was happy to have my business and that my money was well spent on a good experience. I also love my new haircut and was so happy to donate it. Mary

Pros: Community feeling, reasonable prices.

Cons: The air conditioner was on a little too high.

This salon is THE BEST I have ever been to. Charlese was so helpful and I have never gotten so many compliments. My color and cut came out exactly the way I pictured it, without having to tell her! The spa side is so relaxing with the quiet invironment and flat screen TV. I have never had such a positive experience in a salon and I am from Orange County. She did a great job on extensions for my friend. We are so happy and we are referring all of our friends. Oh, and the skin care girl is phenomenal, she made me look younger at my own birthday party!

Pros: Good job, great location and ambience, cool and upscale-best service ever!

Cons: Call a week ahead for appointment.
